There being no objection, it was so ordered. Amendment No. 1 was offered by Representative Kott: Page 8, following line 12: Insert a new bill section to read: 1996-05-04 House Journal Page 4352 SB 289 "* Sec. 11. REVISOR'S INSTRUCTION. In the event SCS CSSSHB 387(JUD) and SCSCSSSHB 104(FIN), passed by the Nineteenth Alaska State Legislature, both become law, the amendment to AS47.10.093(c) made in SCS CSSSHB 104(FIN) shall be treated as an amendment to AS47.12.310(c), as enacted in SCS CSSSHB 387(JUD)." Representative Kott moved and asked unanimous consent that Amendment No. 1 be adopted. Objection was heard and withdrawn. There being no further objection, Amendment No. 1 was adopted.
