   "* Sec. 11.  REVISOR'S INSTRUCTION.  In the event SCS                     
CSSSHB 387(JUD) and SCSCSSSHB 104(FIN), passed by the                          
Nineteenth Alaska State Legislature, both become law, the amendment            
to AS47.10.093(c) made in SCS CSSSHB 104(FIN) shall be treated                 
as an amendment to AS47.12.310(c), as enacted in SCS CSSSHB
387(JUD)."                                                                     
                                                                               
Representative Kott moved and asked unanimous consent that                     
Amendment No. 1 be adopted.                                                    
                                                                               
Objection was heard and withdrawn.  There being no further objection,          
Amendment No. 1 was adopted.                                                   
                                                                               
Representative Vezey moved and asked unanimous consent that                    
HCSCSSB 289(FIN) am H be considered engrossed,  advanced to                    
third reading and placed on final passage.  There being no objection,          
it was so ordered.
